RETURNS

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. To be eligible for a return of your misprinted/damaged/defective item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. 

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment company. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our fulfillment company and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you (if and as applicable).

Returned by Customer – Please note that we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or accept returns for wrong sized items, as they are printed for you on your demand. Make sure to read our size guide to chose your correct size.

For coffee orders - Please note that this product is based on a collaboration with the small roastery August 63 located in Berlin. Ken, the founder, roasts the beans and fulfills the orders himself. Therefore the delivery times might take up to 2-3 weeks. Your patience is appreciated. In case of a lost or damaged package, we must refer to the return and refund policy of August 63.
